Ford offered again factory line installed speedometers from suppliers in late 1914 and thru mid 1915 or so, so yes , correct date would be 1915 or so. According to photo in Russ Furstnow's book, yours may be the late Standard Ford type, the script Ford was removed on Standard brand speedometers in 1916.
