
This is a little of what I found. This particular type was built by Charles Montier. Montier became involved with automobiles and racing in the late 1890's. By the time he introduces the "Montier" T, he's a Ford dealer with his own garage. Below is a link with one of the Montier Specials that still exists, along with a history of the cars. Montier improvements included an overhead valve kit and patented lowered front suspension, along with rear lowering, shocks, and other features.
