Victor generator hose connection question
Separate question to the concurrent carbide generator thread. What does the hose connection look like on the generator body? My car has the generator but was converted to a tank at some point. My generator has a hole in the side of the bottom tank, but the carbide basket "sleeve" would seem to preclude a threaded connection because it is a close fit and would not leave room inside the tank for any hardware. Was a hose bib soldered into the hole? Any input/ photos appreciated. This is a 1911 car. Thanks, Bill

Re: Victor generator hose connection question
Any of the nipples I’ve seen on the Victor tanks were simply soldered on.
