Thank you Mark. I’ll send pics and pricing soon. I’m excited about what we’re doing here and just wanted to get out there what we’re doing. I’m new to this forum and still learning the ins and outs! I have a video of a Simmons flapper in operation. Idles at under 100 RPM. This T is a 1926! Beautiful car! Still trying to figure out how to post the video? Any help would be appreciated!

How about the mixture adjustment screw, they're not the same as other carburetors either, they're shorter. Do you plan on making those at some point?

Does anyone still use a Simmons carburetor?

I have one and a Super Simmons that Russ Potter rebuilt, but I have never tried them.

They look like they are Full Bore.

The carburetor that came on my ‘24 touring looks like an NH until you notice the flapper. I’m told it’s a Simmons, but I don’t know for sore. I wouldn’t trade it for any other carburetor. It starts cold without priming, idles slowly enough that you can count the coil buzzes (I don’t have a tach), runs smoothly at any speed, and consistently gets 21+ mpg on tour. The only problem I ever had with it was the flapper gummed up and stuck closed causing an extremely rich mixture, but that was before I even knew it existed. A little brake cleaner to unstick it and a little LPS2 to lubricate it, and it’s been trouble free for nearly 2000 miles over the last 11 months.
