Chickasha list

Post by Afrazer » Fri Mar 05, 2021 12:54 pm

With it in just two weeks I’m curious as no one has really posted about what they are taking of course I’m sure it looming over everyone’s head if it’s canceled again. But in the hopes it’s not is anyone going to chickasha with a 26-27 Tudor front and rear fenders,25-30 Ford tailgate, or shorten drive shaft, tube and rods for a cast iron warford.

David:
i will be in my regular spaces ( SL4 - SL6 ) in the south building with my babbitt bearing molds and linebore units and several rough hoods and distributor ignition units for model T and A/B Fords and some assorted T hand tools ... looking forward to the meet , i re-babbitted the main bearings in a 1917 block yesterday ...will use that block to display my linebore unit ... the block will also be for sale... always an optimist Gene French

I've seen a couple of posts about what people are bringing, but I still have to start loading up, so I don't have a list yet. :)

I won't be able to attend this year, but I sincerely hope that this year's Chickasha pre-war swap meet is a huge success, because I have a feeling that the degree of "success" of this upcoming swap meet will have a lot to do with the continuation (or not) of Chickasha swap meets in the future!

Gene and Steve I look forward to see you guys at the meet as it has been awhile since I have seen you both. In fact I’m looking forward to everything at the swap meet, as I am chomping at the bit to go now as it has now been a long wait since the previous meet.
