Side Curtain Drawings for a 26-27 Roadster
I am looking for drawings with dimensions for the side curtains for a 26-27 Roadster.
Also, does anyone have pictures of how they modified them to provide more clear viewing area on both sides?
Can someone provide a list of the fasteners and the type used for the windshield and each top iron? Are any of these used for both the top and side curtains?
Thanks for your help

Be careful on the drawings! The first drawings say 1925 roadster, but are actually 1926.

Here is a 4 page .pdf file of the 26-27 side curtains, 1st pic is the original set.
The other 3 pages are drawings with dimensions of the curtains made from original. Shows all fastener locations and the front curtains door rod pockets, the driver's side has the extra flap for hand signals.
You can print off the pages.

Re: Side Curtain Drawings for a 26-27 Roadster
The drawings that Wayne posted are ones I made and provided years ago to Classtique so that they could make custom side curtains for my 1924 cut-off touring car (now a pickup). Curtains for an improved car roadster would be similar, but not necessarily identical.

Re: Side Curtain Drawings for a 26-27 Roadster
I hardly ever put my top up and almost never use the side curtains but they are sure nice to have when I do need them. I made the pass side curtain to follow the top bow up and back so that I could actually get in and out and I can also leave the little triangle piece out for air flow if I need it. It is not any thing like stock but that doesn't bother me.

Re: Side Curtain Drawings for a 26-27 Roadster
Teresa made curtains for our 23 touring and 20 roadster out of clear vinyl, like Wayne. We also used black Naugahyde around the curtains and used double sided zippers for easier entry and exit. They're not stock but I enjoy the improved visibility. Weve used both sets several times on drives and tours. They are also valuable in the South Dakota winters.
