A 11/16 Socket can be your friend

Post by Don D » Tue May 03, 2022 5:27 pm

Today, I repackaged the front wheel bearings on my 1919 Roadster Pickup for this season. After reassembling everything, I grabbed a 11/16 socket to check the hub bolt nuts. Most of the nuts just needed a slight nudge but on two different wheels one hub bolt needed half a turn to tighten it.

Please check these twelve nuts so you don't "Go Nuts." (pun intended) :-)

Happy Touring,

Dom

And after you tighten them, stake them.
The inevitable often happens.
