Gallivan. Not mine but I get to drive it when it is ready. Then it will not likely be seen anywhere soon.

Not only is it OK but is is totally delightful. Anything pertaining to the model T is appropriate and that is a great part of it's history. Dreaming of things we won't have is as good as it gets.
Thanks
Rich
When did I do that?

I think you can see one of those in Nebraska at the Museum of speed. But you cannot drive it :(

Yes, there are a couple of these in Nebraska. Sadly, they will never run again. If so, what’s the point? We drive and race vintage speed equipment. That’s what it’s for.

I had the pleasure of riding in the D.O. Gallivan "Flying Dutchman" formerly owned by Bert Loghberet Jr. located in Issaquah, WA then purchased by Ron Kipling of Kent, WA then was procured by Jarvis Erikson of Lynwood or Mountlake Terrace, WA - it was a "fire breather " !!!

Lookin good Erik! Can’t wait to hear the DO run! And lovin all those Winfield carbs! I haven’t seen that single seater with the high rise duals before... how did the sideways carb orientation work out...? Selfish motives of course...😉

That car was Jerry Sherman’s. It set the record at Long Beach for the fastest flathead ever to run the hill. It now belongs to his son. I have driven it, whatever was done with the carbs is working well.
