Oh well, come on guys. Let's all recite the Man-Chant. Repeat after me.

I'm a man.

I can change,

If I have to,

I guess.

My dear, long dead father took me aside when I was 18 years old, and told me that he wanted to talk to me about women.

When he got me outside, this is what he said:

"It is the only place you will ever come out of, that you will spend the rest of your life, trying to get back into!"

And,

"Even if you understood women, you wouldn't believe it!"
"If a fly can, a flywheel"

An interesting thing is that she will say,"That's dirty", or something like that, and later, she will say something like, "I told you to clean that." She could have asked, "Honey would you please clean that?" and I would have understood her and probably have cleaned it.

Truths!
I'm so dang stubborn, read stubborn dumb (Irish blood), I still argue! And jab/jibe back at her.
She'd be awful upset, if she read this and I had typed "and jab at it".
It does smooth out a bit as the decades pass but jeez. Click it on.
Since I lost my mind mind, I feel more liberated

One of the first things I learned in Marine Corps. boot camp was, if you screwup, you get in less trouble if, when the Drill Instructor asks you, “Why Prive”, instead of trying to offer an excuse, you simply say, “Sir, the private has no excuse, Sir.”. This concept works in a marriage, for there is no comeback. Jim Patrick

I associate "7" with the color green, perhaps because of an incident involving 7-Up.

Warning: Do not burp 7-Up out your nose!

This reminds me of a girl who I had one date with about 66 years ago. Later I asked her for another date, and she said, "I can't make it, maybe some other time". This went on for a few weeks and I got the same or similar answer.
Then a mutual friend told me she told him,"Can't he take a hint?" She wasn't interested. If she had just told me herself the first time, I would looked elsewhere! I was fortunate. I found a keeper and in January we will celebrate our 65th anniversary.
