Lost and Found
At the evening dinner, one tourist said he had lost horsepower somewhere after the lunch stop. He was hoping someone had found it along the way.
Some days I lose energy and enthusiasm during the day. It's just old age but I seem to find it when I look at the forum. Sometimes not.
Thanks for posting fun stuff.

Re: Lost and Found
How do you tell if it's merely estrayed horsepower or really lost horsepower?
I've been hoping to find a lost MobilGas horsepower... one of those red ones with wings.
Flying with Pegasus would beat commercial air service anytime.

I don't know, I thought I would hitch a ride with Sinclair. Slightly faster than a T but slow enough to enjoy the view.

Do it right or do it over, your choice. Drive like everyone is out to get you!

Instead of flying red horse, try Sinclair gas. It works very well in our Dinosaur cars!

Don't forget to use Sinclair oil. It's the 2000 mile oil.

Re: Lost and Found
This forum gives much happiness when I'm down!
Other times, the Six Fat Dutchmen or good polka/old time musicians get my toes-a-tappin and fired up.
Springtime polka by the Six Fat. Grasshopper polka by Gary's Ridgeland Dutchmen. Ahhh. True. Happy music for happy people!
Too young to like oom-pah yet here I are. Hope it fits here Rich.

Re: Lost and Found
Weird Al's accordion polkas are mighty fine also. We take our fun where we can. Yesterday I fought the gremlins trying to make a piece and failed. The second try worked nicely. It's best to keep at it sometimes.

Re: Lost and Found
Estrayed horsepower is no laughing matter. That's why we make sure all our horsepower has a clearly visible return address !
As for my personal energy level, I've pretty much cme to accept that if it ain't done by one or two in the afternoon, it ain't gonna get done til tomorrow !! Then it's time to settle down and enjoy the forum !

Re: Lost and Found
Then again, sometimes we find energy and enthusiasm. I guess I expect to work the hours I used to. Rich's comment "if it ain't done by one or two in the afternoon..." made me realize many of us expect more than we can do. I have been able to accomplish more lately than I could this time last year so that is plenty good enough for me.
I hope you all find what you need to keep up the work.
Thanks
Rich
