Two-tone exhaust cutout whistle made in Bonshohocken, PA back in the day. Heavy 2 pounds, 2 ounces. Probably made of brass. Spring loaded cutout mechanism seems to work. Comes with a foot control pedal. Sized for 1 1/2 inch exhaust pipe use.
