so someone who has a 1924 in california should buy this. Then, order a personalized plate set 177-542 as their desired numbers and then put this on instead. seems like the only way to actually be able to use it.
I sure like it, if I had a car to put it on i would buy it. Really neat. Is the plate glass or some kind of plastic?
