Trying to find the dimensions of the wood rails for the rack body on a Model TT Truck. 1926/27. Were special bolts used to fasten the boards.

O boy…. “Rack body”. I assume you mean TT stake bed. To be correct and original you’ll need 8 metal stakes - 4 on each side. The 3 on the tail end of the bed was wood. That said; I can only tell you what I did. The bottom 2 holes on original metal stakes are 5 1/2” apart so I used a 1x8. (3/4”x 7 1/2”)..All the other vertical pairs of holes are 2 3/4” apart so I used 1x4s. Only special bolts are carriage bolts from the inside but PLEASE use square nuts.
