1927 Model T Touring for Sale

Post by GaryDold » Tue Nov 21, 2023 3:20 pm

I am getting married and sadly need to sell my original 1927 Model T Touring car. I pride myself on taking care of it and that it is in really great shape/condition and runs like a champ. I have had it about 11 years and frequently drive it. It comes with it's original Ruckstell rear axel, original clock on the dashboard, it's original driver's side floodlight, side curtains (have never been put on), new top put on about 4 years ago, lot of good rubber on the tires, no rips or tares in the seats and starts well. There is a slight small ding on the left front fender which was there when I bought it. There is absolutely no rust on it or under it. It is a strong car and I will miss it. I just hope the next person will love it and take care of it as much as I have.

Fabulous looking car. A Model T looks so much better without whitewall tires! What price are you asking?

It would help if you posted lots of pictures, like entire exterior, interior and both sides of the engine compartment. Just trying to help....

Your new wife doesnt want you to keep the car? You need to choose better.
If its money for the wedding - elope. Priorities dude!
I am fortunate(or chose well). My wife would never allow me to sell our first T, which we used in our wedding.

I was afraid I would raffle a few feathers so to say but John said what I was thinking. I really miss my ex-wife.., but with practice my aim is getting better. Sorry I just could not resist!

Just cutting up on the groom!

My wife told me it was her or the model T. Same thing She said about the cat. He still sleeps in it. I miss her sometimes. Wives are temporary. Model Ts are forever. ( just Kidding)

I offered to sell my beloved Thunderbird (owned 36 years) to provide space and cash to buy my wife (together 47 years) her dream car, a first-gen Camaro. She would have none of that. She enjoys cruising in style and comfort in the Thunderbird. But she likes riding in the Model T more. She's a keeper.

Gary D, letting one go for another is ok, but I would bet you and your bride will make more cherished memories in the Model T than in the daily driver Kia.

Gary T, I apologize for stepping on your offer. I wish I was closer to FL or we would be in competition. There is nothing about that Touring that I don't like.

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage and best wishes to you and your bride.
That is a beautiful car, and you should not have any trouble selling it.
