I have a 1925 homemade bodied pickup & for those using a Led headlamp bulbs, double filament & 12v, what generic part number are you using? I also have Model A style (Chinese) double filament tail lamps do you have a Led part # for those. TIA George

This is what I use. Dual filament. Socket orientation does not effect operation like new and old incandescent bulbs some of which which have 180 degrees rotation on two base pins. Filaments should be horizontal when locked in headlight socket.

The 12v LED Headlamp bulbs w/ adjustable base that Snyders sell , a little pricey but work very well, excellent lighting reach in front of vehicle.

Novice, Do the lamps you use have 2 different outputs? Do you also use the same bulb in the tail/stop lamps & now for the $64,000 question is there a generic part number?

I have use these and I like the light output BUT the front facing board of leds brakes lose and falls off from shaking and vibration, leaving the outer ring of leds and rendering the bulb useless.
The solder points are too brittle and do not flex enough in my T but YMMV
Everything works in theory.
Reality is how you determine if something works or not.

George. Yes they have two brightness levels. They are large headlights type bulbs and probably wouldn't fit in tail light housing and would be over kill if they did. They sell other led bulbs for tail lights. Ledlights.com has the best selection and prices. ba15d is the part number of the ones I bought. If vibration is a problem the wedge shaped 5-30 volt bulbs would probably be more durable but they are pricy and need headlight sockets to be correct orientation for focusing. Many model T headlight sockets have been replaced with incorrect ones. My 23 Truck has one correct and one wrong. But with ba15d it doesn't matter.
