107 years ago today some hardier souls than I took their Model T across a frozen Ohio River. The two towns are roughly midway between Cincinnati OH and Louisville KY. Any speculations on the year of the Model T?

Those look like aftermarket curved front fenders that were available for pre-17 Fords. They don't have quite the same profile as factory issued '17 and later fenders.
In my neck of the woods, there was a '16 touring with a set of aftermarket curved front fenders.
Here is an example of a 1915/16 roadster with aftermarket front fenders and windshield.

Zooming in on the OP photo, the hood clearly is a late brass era hood, squarish in shape with riveted hinges. The shape under the blanket seems to indicate a late brass era radiator. I agree that the fenders appear to be early after-market modern update fenders. There were several companies that made and sold such fenders, including Ames and Peerless. Zoomed in they do not appear to be Ford fenders.
The acetylene spotlight might indicate 1914 model or earlier, or not. I cannot tell if the hood has louvers or not, but the crank handle appears to be 1914 or later.
Whatever the manufacture year, 1914 to 1916, or maybe earlier? Wonderful looking and unusual late brass era model T!
As an aside, it could be interesting that brass radiator chassis were still sold as new early in 1917. However, the acetylene spotlight makes it a bit unlikely to have been built that late.
