Is is possible to replace the closed cab of a TT with a C-Cab? Just trying to find out the logistics of it.

Re: replace closed cab with C Cab
Yes; it’s perfectly interchangeable. The 4 Ford TT cab mounting brackets on the frame are the same for a Ford TT enclosed cab and Ford TT C cab.

Re: replace closed cab with C Cab
Because your TT has a 1925-27 closed cab you are good to go and change out the Ford closed cab for a Ford C cab. In 1925 when Ford came out with the closed cab they changed the front cab mounting bracket so that either type cab will mound to the bracket. But if the TT is a 1924 chassis the front cab mounting bracket is smaller and is only designed to mount the C cab.
