Having lived here since 2012 (50%), full time since 2018, we have witnessed the infamous green flash only twice!
It is that elusive. And we're on the beach quite often at sunset. My post retirement job here is marrying folks on the beach, not to mention just being our most favorite time.

My most favorite wedding story was just as the Bride started to recite her personally written vows, a waterspout dropped out of the sky off shore in the distance behind her. The best man hollered "it's a sign from God!! RUN FOREST! RUN!!!"
