Thank you for posting. Initially, when I saw the letter you posted about Vice President Fairbanks visit, I thought there might be a photo of him in a Model K (below): However, that instance occurs two years later in 1907. Maybe this article identifies when the VP was in Plain City, riding in the Model F (photo posted above):

I was able to find more info on the photograph with Vice President Fairbanks. Here is a newspaper clip. It seems there were six early Fords shipped to that location just for the event.
