Your single straight on picture doesn't show enough details to tell much.
Is the "rim" a clincher or straight side? Is that a separate ring going around the felloe to clamp the rim onto the wheel? Is that atypical "Ford" hub in the center? Or something different? Do ALL the holes in that clamp/ring go all the way through the felloe also?

Answers lay in the details.

It might be an after-market wheel? (I have never seen one quite like that?)

It might be an unusual alteration made up to use a rim that did not fit the wheel? (THAT I have seen many times over the years.)
