Ah ha ... that was the squeak

Post by Mark Osterman » Tue Jul 16, 2019 10:05 pm

I was driving around in the T last night and felt something small fall on my left foot. It was dark and I didn’t know what it was. This morning I found the peculiar long nut that holds one of the windshield brackets to the body. Turns out a squeak I’ve been chasing was due to this loose screw. So, I found the long nut (shown) but I couldn’t find the 1/4” counter sunk slotted dome head machine screw. (Shown) Anyone have a decent spare?
