Very interesting photo! Interesting that it has after-market Firestone/Perlman type wheels. A coupe after early 1919 should have had demountable wheels as standard equipment. I don't see anything to suggest the car would likely be earlier than that. No sign of oil cowl lamp brackets. Can't see enough of the wishbone to be sure, however it appears to be below axle. The horn button appears to be the common later type (cannot see much of it). Headlamp lenses look to be "H" type, introduced late '21.
I cannot make out the radiator cap, but it appears to have a Motometer at least, and maybe wings or a roto top The bush has a too-busy background!).
I have seen a few pictures taken in the past decade or so of an early coupe turned pickup. It is nice to see an original era photo of one.
