With that rounded hood, looks like the brand that was being talked about on the 2018 forum. Darn if I could remember the name and fine the posting.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas! :shock:

I have seen Kissels that looked a little like that. Or maybe a Cadillac demi-tonneau

Looks like a barrel hood. May be a Franklin.
