Let’s not dwell..... LETS GET READY FOR HERSHEY!

Post by David Mazza » Wed Mar 18, 2020 8:12 pm

So much of our automotive life that we look forward to this year is not going to happen. It’s unfortunate but for the greater good. We have this amazing outlet to talk cars, share our projects and minor adventures as we sneak away into deserted country to unwind( l see no harm in that as long as your still isolated from crowds) but really Hershey Pennsylvania in the fall will allow us to be together and many parts and cars and friends will be there with pent up excitement!
I’ve never been to Hershey. I made a deal to send some parts to Chickasha, but the buyer understood when that didn’t come to reality. God bless him for being kind gentleman he is and the silver lining, I will give him his parts in person during my first aaca fall meet! So really after meeting someone finally In person, it’s makes things more special.
So please don’t dwell, things will get better. Stay in touch with local model t guys. Call them, make sure they are ok and help if needed. Post pics of your projects or just any model t stuff you do during this time. Work on our cars and enjoy the time we have with our families. Call long distance acquaintances, that call may be the thing that makes their day during difficult times!
I am so excited to go to Hershey, meet my new friend and meet more as well! See you there and it will sneak up on us sooner than you can imagine!

That would be great IF this shutdown stops in time. They are now predicting 18 months till the virus passes. That may interfere with Hershey and the OCF this year but I hope not.
